DESCRIPTION:
This new seven block plot of apartments built for the Olympics consists of 5,100m² high specification and 'secure by design' windows and balcony doors, 2,800m² of spandrel panels, 1,300m² of shop fronts, 186 No. balconies, 110 No. canopies and 87 sets of entrance and escape doors.
The level of skilled labour on this project peaked at 87 operatives.
