This new seven block plot of apartments built for the Olympics consists of 4,500 m² of windows, 2,200m² of rainscreen, 180 No. balconies, 1,500m² of shop fronts, 450 No. doors and 86 No. canopies.
The level of skilled labour on this project peaked at 50 operatives.
